IDH Alarms can use passive infra-red detectors, passive infra-red combined microwave detectors to provide trap protection within a room. Electronic analysed vibration detectors and magnetic door contacts protect from intrusion from doors and windows.

In the event of intruder alarm activation an audible and visual warning device will be activated, and if required will trigger an electronic transmission, from a text message to a dual path signal to an Alarm Receiving Centre.

Electronic transmission options range from sending a simple text message or voice message to the latest dual path technology connected to an Alarm Receiving Centre utilizing all the major mobile networks and a land line. The Alarm Receiving Centre will then alert your key holders and if required the appropriate authorities, 24 hours 365 days a year.

IDH Alarms is accredited by the NSI to their highest Gold standard, this insures that you will have your Intruder Alarm System designed, installed, commissioned and maintained to the highest standards of workmanship. All Intruder Alarm System elements are required to meet the latest European standards EN50131 and the UK equivalent PD6662.

The design of your Intruder Alarm System can be either wired or wireless, in a domestic situation pets are less of a problem as systems can be tailored to suit your needs.

IDH Alarms can also ‘take over’ existing systems installed by other companies and then deliver a maintenance contract, subject to a site survey.
