Just to say how impressed I was with IDH, both with the recent service and with the system upgrade. How lovely it is to be able to speak with and see real people to make arrangements, instead of having to deal with machines or an email and websites.

I would like to thank you for the excellent service provided by your company on Saturday 9th July when my alarm began to ring for no apparent reason.  Within 40 minutes your engineer had contacted me, arrived at my home and fixed the fault.  I was expecting the process to take hours, so was very pleased to have the problem solved so quickly.

The Trust required an office within a building to be fully alarmed for Intruder and Fire cover with minimum cabling and disruption. The IDH project coordinator Mark handled the project from quotation to handover with the most professional approach leading to a very neat package with full support and any concerns solved immediately over the phone or on site ‘’Excellent’’.

Hope you are keeping well, just wanted to drop you a quick email to say thank you for the upgrade that has taken place this week at the school, I especially wanted to pass my thanks on to Darren and Will, these two are a credit to IDH they have gone above and beyond to make sure the job was carried out smoothly and without problems.

They were aware that we are a working school with bubbles now due to Covid and they made sure that they were never in anyone’s way and was polite to every member of staff that they came into contact with, the place was left in a clean and tidy state everywhere they had been working.
