I had an IDH supplied, fitted & maintained alarm system in my old house for 23 yrs without issue. Moved to a new build in December 2024 and contacted IDH for a survey and quote. Still the customer focused and expert knowledges company I remember. Provided excellent home security advice and expertly fitted a state of the art alarm system. Their team provided clear and easy to understand instructions on how to use it and explained the details of their ongoing service and maintenance services.
